FOOD HISTORY TRUCK

Diversity is proud to partner with the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and University of Winnipeg’s Oral History department in the purchase of a food truck to further their Manitoba Food History Project. The purpose of the project is “to produce a comprehensive history of food manufacturing, production, retailing, and consumption in the province of Manitoba from 1870 to the present day” through interaction with the food truck and oral story telling.
